This morning on Sportsnet, Don Taylor was announcing that the Charlotte Observer Newspaper had mistakenly reported that Baron Davis suffered a herniated dikk – In hockey Lingo that would then be described as “a lower body injury”… he cracks me up!!
Here’s the report below:
Baron Davis is living proof that you can’t believe everything you read in newspapers. And in Davis’ case he’s overjoyed that the terminology the Charlotte Observer used to describe his injury is totally inaccurate.
With Davis’ Knicks scheduled to play the Bobcats last night, the Observer made note of the “herniated disc” that has kept the guard sidelined. Problem was, there was a typographical error in “disc.”
